The Secret Gardens of the Cotswolds
'The Secret Garden' released in November 2020 features a mixture of several gardens around the UK. The recognisable locations of Trebah Gardens in South Cornwall and the mysterious Puzzlewood in Gloucestershire are to be featured on the big screen where you can also see the scenes for yourself in the flesh on our Cotswold Garden Driving Tours and Cornwall holidays.
Ammonite along the Jurassic Coast
A romantic drama set on the Jurassic Coast in Dorset in the 19th Century focussing on the life of a palaeontologist, heavily covering most of the Jurassic Coast in the town of Lyme Regis and spectacular coastal views of which you can find many of the same similar views on our South West Coast Path walking holidays.
Jane Austen
The historical iconic drama of Jane Austen has several famous backdrops located across the UK such as Chavenage House in Tetbury and the village of Lower Slaughter in the Cotswolds. Austen also made Bath her home town and it's said to be the backdrop for Northanger Abbey and Persuasion.
Rosamunde Pilcher Shellseekers
Taking you to the heart of where the author grew up around the gorgeous Lamorna Cove in Cornwall, this picturesque fishing village was centre to what is considered to be Rosamunde Pilcher's most famous work giving you plenty of time to explore and soak up the spots featured in the classic novel.

Home to England's most famous playwright; William Shakespeare, you can cycle through the villages of Broadway and Chipping Campden and the towns of Moreton-in-Marsh and Stratford-upon-Avon stopping off at Shakespeare's house and theatre along the way.
