Compass Holidays: What happens on tour
We love welcoming clients on our range of activity tours and as soon as you arrive at your first accommodation provider you will be greeted with our detailed tour pack.
In here, you will find:
- A welcome letter explaining the details of your tour
- Your colour coded tour pack containing route instructions
- Landranger Maps
- Details to access our Mobile App
- Your unique luggage labels
If you are experiencing any problems or need our help to make some changes, our travel team will be on the end of the phone. With our 24-hour-helpline, you’ll be able to shout if you need anything at all. We also have a WhatsApp/Text number that you can send us a message to make it a bit easier when you’re out and about.
