We offer a luggage transfer service so you don’t have to worry about your luggage during your walk or cycle ride. We pick up your luggage the morning you are moving accommodation and take it direct to your next stop for you at no extra cost. You can either opt for ad-hoc luggage transfers or have us move your luggage for the duration of the holiday.
We can cater for parties of all ages. We have a large range of bikes and accessories suited to adults and children. We also offer fully-enclosed and waterproof tag-a-long (tandem) bikes for smaller children who could not ride alone. The routes have been planned with lots of stop-offs and attractions so younger members of the team can rest and enjoy all that’s on offer. Please call us at the time of booking to discuss exactly what you will need for your trip.
Several of our tours do have the option to bring your dog with you, depending on availability. Please contact us to find out which tours this facility is available on.
Most holidays give you the option of choosing a B&B or a hotel, at differing prices. Where these two different options are not mentioned, accommodation is usually limited to a B&B. For further information on where you would be staying on a specific holiday, please contact us on 01242 250642 .
Most of our holidays are offered at Bed 7 Breakfast or half-board, although where a hotel option is available, some can be offered at full board. The tour details will have more information on this. All of tours are organised to pass villages and towns so you will not be short of pubs, inns, and restaurants to relax and eat at.
Some of the locations are quite rural and may require a car to reach the starting point, although there may be public transport at certain points along the way. The European tours will require air travel to get to your starting point.
Our tours all vary in degrees of hardness. The website and fact sheets all note whether the walks are easy, medium, or hard going so you can make an informed decision before booking.
Of course you can, providing it’s roadworthy and safe. Unfortunately our free breakdown cover may not apply in these circumstances.
For punctures and minor repairs we do provide you with a toolkit with all of the essentials. For major repairs, a serviceman will come out to repair or exchange the bike for you as soon as possible so you can continue enjoying your cycling holiday.
