The global pandemic and subsequent lockdown across the globe has led to an unprecedented level of uncertainty. As a family run business, we want to do all we can to assure your safety and give you the confidence to book your adventure with us.
Our holidays almost naturally allow you to socially distance, with self-guided cycling and walking routes that take you away from the hustle and bustle of cities and towns.
We are working with our independent accommodation suppliers to understand how they have implemented the guidelines into their business and have asked to see how those changes have actually been rolled out through detailed risk assessments. We are encouraging our suppliers to sign up for the Quality in Tourism Safe, Clean & Legal accreditation wherever possible. This accreditation is the only one in the UK where a qualified assessor actually goes to visit the property and see the changes that they have made.
We have always been flexible in our booking terms, however we have updated them to include the following
- No change fee if you amend your booking up to 4 weeks before you travel
- No deposit due for 2021 holidays until 31 October 2020
The safety of our customers and the operators that we work with is our primary concern, so we are negotiating the 'new normal' carefully and are here to help you with any questions or concerns that you may have.
