All of our walking and cycling tours vary in degrees of difficulty. To find out more about the difficulty of the tour you are interested in please look at the list below:

Easy – Our easy walking and cycling tours are suitable for new walkers and cyclists of a relatively good fitness level.

Easy to Moderate – Our easy to moderate tours are suitable for walkers and cyclists who have a general good level of fitness.

Moderate – Our moderate tours are suitable for fairly experienced walkers and cyclists who have a good level of fitness.

Moderate to Strenuous – Our moderate to strenuous tours are suitable for very experienced walkers and cyclists who also have a very good level of fitness.

Strenuous - Our strenuous tours are suitable for very experienced walkers and cyclists who are very fit and active.
